During the summer of 2015 Your General Contractor Inc. erected a federal steel building at our acreage in Windermere, British Columbia. The building size was 40 feet by 80 feet and 18 feet in height.
I found their services to be very satisfactory; they delivered the building on time and on schedule. Any minor deficiencies or concerns were rapidly addressed. Their foreman and the entire work crew perform their tasks professionally and with a smile! Site cleanup was well done and conducted throughout the job. Most importantly, they utilize good safety practices;consequently there were no injuries during the construction.

YCH was contracted by the Regal Park Condominium Board as the general contractor for the design phase, and the removal and reconstruction of approximately 100 exterior decks on townhousecondominiums. The total cost of the project was approximately $1.3 million and the total duration of the project was approximately 6 months.
